We have no relationship with any Private Health Funds. We have chosen to remain truly independent and do not offer electronic rebate collection from your Health Fund (HICAPS). We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

We will assist you as much as possible

We will provide written item numbers and quotes prior to treatment and will assist you as much as possible in your interaction with your Health Fund. As a result, you will be able to determine your expected rebates in advance. However, ultimately the relationship is between you and your Health Fund, and not between Macquarie Street Periodontists and your Health Fund. 

We request that your account is settled on the day of your appointment. You can settle your account by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). It may be convenient to pay by credit card and then submit your claim to your Health Fund, as usually your Health Fund rebate will be paid to you before the charges on your credit card are due.
